Modesty
Saturday, December 1st, 2007There is nothing modest about this post! Here are pictures of where I am measuring. This is to give you an idea of how to do it yourself. Let’s start with the in your face, all out fatty pics. Here’s my waist measurement. Your waist is not at your belly button, but where your torso indents, like here:

It may seem odd to do a neck measurement, but your neck really does shrink when you lose weight! You’ll see.

I didn’t want to lift my pants for this pic b/c I didn’t want all of you to see my lumpy thighs, but Brandon insisted. Thanks a lot sweetheart!

You were hoping my pants would be off for this one, weren’t you? Sorry to disappoint!

Here are my actual "before" measurements and more "before" photos.
To tell you the truth, I can not believe I am posting this. Awful. I just tell myself that it’ll be awesome when I can put them next to the pics of my new hot body!
The stretch marks are a bonus, and I think the Huggies in the background add a nice touch, don’t you?

I can’t stand keeping track of weight loss. It sucks! Actually, it goes against my advice. Really. I don’t think people should weigh. If you feel you must keep track, then measuring inches is better. I prefer looking in the mirror. Call me old fashioned, but when I was losing weight before, I threw my scale in the trash. Honestly! I was working so hard and at the end of one week I got on the scale and gained 2 pounds. Are you freakin’ kidding me? It just isn’t accurate for week to week keeping track. However, since you are following this blog to find out my weight loss, I am going to weigh every 2 weeks for now. I will measure weekly.
