		<description>I have to admit, there were weeks doing ww that I would do so good, not use my activity points and all and then go in and have gained.  One week I gained 5 pounds. :shock:  What the?  That's when I stopped last year.  There had also been times in the past that I would have a crappy week and still loose 2-3 lbs.  Sometimes I wonder if that time of the month affects the weigh ins or what.  Who knows.  Keep it up, tomorrow I go sign up.</description>

		<description>If you continue to make healthy choices and walk, you will lose weight.

But, if you really want to lose ALL the weight, you have to start visualizing yourself thin as well. Get your subconscious on the same page as your conscious and that weight will practically fall off.

Oh and remember how you lost weight before... you didn't focus on losing weight. You focused on being healthier overall. :mrgreen:</description>
